What Does 0 Mbps Mean?
When a speed test shows 0 Mbps, it usually means the test could not transfer enough data to calculate a reliable download or upload rate. The result may appear briefly during startup, remain at zero, or finish with an error. This is different from a very slow connection, where the test normally reports a measurable speed.
Run the test again after checking whether other websites load. Compare download, upload, and latency results, and note whether the issue affects one device or the entire network.
Browser or Speed Test Loading Problems
