These systems can show acceptable download speeds in one location and poor performance a few minutes later because the car is moving between coverage areas.
What Slow In-Car Wi-Fi Looks Like
Common symptoms include slow page loading, buffering video, delayed cloud synchronization, failed downloads, and high latency in calls or online games. If every connected device is slow, the problem is likely upstream of the devices, such as cellular coverage, the vehicle modem, or the ISP network. Distance and Wireless Interference Inside the Car
